Cole Property Maintenance is a family run business covering all aspects of property maintenance. We are a local company employing local people. Details of individual specialist trades can be found by selecting one of the buttons on the left. Whilst we cover all aspects of property maintenance we particulaly specialise in gas installations.

Our engineers are all trained to the highest standards and we employ all the latest diagnostic tools. This means that our time on site and the charges to you, the customer, are reduced. It is important when having work done on a gas installation that you only employ CORGI registered contractors. Besides being qualified with CORGI we also hold the highest level of ACOPS qualifications.

Hours of business

Normal Hours
8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, charged at our normal hourly rate.

Outside normal hours
5.00pm to 11.00pm Monday to Friday, charged at time plus a half.
11.00pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays, charged at double time.

Labour rates

There is no call out fee for an attendance during normal hours, but if you need our emergency services an enhanced standard charge is applicable.

All rates charged are exclusive of materials and VAT and will be provided upon request.

To take advantage of our contract rates, it will be necessary for you to guarantee us first call on all maintenance work, and offer the opportunity to quote on all larger works, only calling in another contractor in the event of us not being able to meet your requirements. In turn, we guarantee prompt service, and the benefit of contract rates on all works carried out (see contract terms).
