About us

Cole Property Maintenance is a family run business covering all aspects of property maintenance. We are a local company employing local people. Details of individual specialist trades can be found by reading the document below. Whilst we cover all aspects of property maintenance we particulaly specialise in gas installations.

Our engineers are all trained to the highest standards and we employ all the latest diagnostic tools. This means that our time on site and the charges to you, the customer, are reduced. It is important when having work done on a gas installation that you only employ CORGI/Gas Safe registered contractors. Besides being qualified with CORGI/Gas Safe we also hold the highest level of ACOPS qualifications.

Hours of business

Normal Hours

8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, charged at our normal hourly rate.

Outside normal hours

5.00pm to 11.00pm Monday to Friday, charged at time plus a half.
11.00pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays, charged at double time.

Labour rates

There is no call out fee for an attendance during normal hours, but if you need our emergency services an enhanced standard charge is applicable.

All rates charged are exclusive of materials and VAT and will be provided upon request.

To take advantage of our contract rates, it will be necessary for you to guarantee us first call on all maintenance work, and offer the opportunity to quote on all larger works, only calling in another contractor in the event of us not being able to meet your requirements. In turn, we guarantee prompt service, and the benefit of contract rates on all works carried out (see contract terms).

Gas

"Gas in Safe Hands" - ACOPS/CORGI/Gas Safe  Registered

Our engineer is fully qualified with CORGI and holds full ACOPS qualifications from numbers 1 to 16. We carry the most up to date electronic testing equipment including:-

• Flue gas analysers

• Carbon monoxide testers

• Gas detectors

• Monometers

We specialise in "Landlords Gas Safety Inspections", any gas work that is required to bring a property up to pass standard and the issue of a landlord's gas safety pass certificate.

We also repair, service or renew all makes of domestic gas boilers, gas fires, gas cookers and specialise in gas surveys and new gas installations.

We can also carry out the following work:-

• Heating repairs

• Power flusing for heating systems and boilers

• Electronic motorised valves

• Pumps

• Hot water cylinders

• All plumbing installations & repairs

Our vehicles carry a full range of spares including Boiler spares, gas fire spares, gas cooker spares, gas hoses and most gas fittings. This ensures that a vast majority of repairs can be repaired with one visit to you, the customer.

Plumbing and Heating

We carry out all aspects of Plumbing & Heating - from Domestic to large Industrial. Our engineer is registered with the institute of plumbing and hold the M.I.P. and R.P. registration.

For Cole Property Maintenance no job is too large or too small. We will carry out work ranging from a leaking tap to a full plumbing installation. Please call for a competitive quote.
